How a vehicle or battery joins the network

Two tiers: Scepter-branded batteries and Scepter-Certified Partner batteries and vehicles. Every product passes the same tests. There is no self-declared compatibility and no open physical swapping.

    Legal and technical due diligence

    Company, quality and safety review.

  3. Stage 3

    Drawings and protocols

    Mechanical, electrical and BMS documents, under NDA.

  4. Stage 4

    Lab testing

    Mechanical, electrical, thermal and interlock tests.

  5. Stage 5

    Firmware conformance

    Authenticated BMS messages, signed firmware, cybersecurity.

  6. Stage 6

    Field certification

    Supervised road and vibration trials on approved vehicles.

  7. Stage 7

    Active listing

    Listed on the network; version changes and recalls stay controlled.
